Swedish & relaxation
Long, flowing strokes to quiet the nervous system. The baseline of almost every session — permission to fully exhale.
Tran(s)cending Massage is a quiet, safe place to be touched with care — bodywork for the LGBTQ+ community, by a therapist who gets it.
I’m a transgender massage therapist in Albuquerque, and I built this practice for people like me: queer and trans folks who deserve bodywork that feels safe, not braced-for.
So much of being trans is having a complicated relationship with your own body. My work is gentle, never clinical, and starts with one promise — I meet you exactly as you are, no questions you didn’t ask for, no assumptions about what your body is or what it needs. You set the pace. You stay in charge.
I don’t lock into a single technique, because no two bodies are the same. I draw from many modalities and shape each session around the person on the table.
I don’t specialize in a single technique — that’s the point. Every session is built from the modalities your body actually needs that day, blended into one continuous, unhurried hour.
Long, flowing strokes to quiet the nervous system. The baseline of almost every session — permission to fully exhale.
For the spots that hold on — shoulders, low back, binding-tired chests and necks. As much pressure as you want, never more.
Gentle, informed work around post-surgical recovery and binding strain — always at your direction, always with consent checked along the way.
Slow, sustained release for the connective tissue that holds tension long after a hard week — restoring room to move and breathe.
Precise attention to the knots that refer pain elsewhere — finding the actual source instead of chasing the ache.
Breath, stillness, and slow re-entry — for clients whose bodies need to remember they’re allowed to feel safe.
Not sure what you need? That’s normal. We talk first, and I build the session from there — no menu to decode, no pressure to perform.
You don’t have to earn rest, or explain your body to get it.
— the whole idea, in one sentence
Soft, low light and quiet — a calm corner of Albuquerque set aside for an hour that’s entirely yours.

These are placeholders for now — Lance’s real room & photos drop in here.
First massage in my life where I didn’t spend the whole hour bracing. Lance just… got it. I actually relaxed.
No weird questions, no flinching, no explaining myself. Just steady, kind hands. I left feeling like a person again.
I came in tense about being trans in a massage room. I left already booking the next one. This is the safe place I needed.
Sample reviews shown — real client words land here as they come in.
Tell me a little about what you’re looking for, and I’ll text you back to find a time. Lance reads every message personally.
No deposit, no pressure — just the first step.
Got it — this is a demo, so nothing was sent. On the live site, Lance would text you back to set a time.
